Details

Shingles:

  • Architectural type of homeowner choosing

  • Owens Corning preferred contractor

  • Certainteed ShingleMaster certified contractor

Decking:

  • We will inspect all plywood and flashing and replace/repair as needed.

Undergarment:

  • We use 'Titanium UDL 30' underlayment.

    • This is synthetic underlayment, superior in our view to traditional organic felt paper.

Pipes:

  • Replace all existing pipe boots

  • This is one of the most leak prone areas of the house

  • Each pipe is double-flashed and sealed with poly-based caulk

Vents:

  • All existing roof vents will be replaced and others added where needed

Flu & Wall Flashing:

  • Inspect and replace any concern areas

Roof Edge:

  • Inspect and replace any concern areas

Cleanup:

  • We will completely clean up the job-site and dispose of all waste

  • Every precaution within reason will be taken to protect shrubs, flowers, pools, etc.

  • Areas around the home will be covered with tarps to catch nails and other debris
